Movie: Shame (2011)

Writing about NY and the move to NY made be remind of Steeve McQueen's movie Shame (2011). The story is about a new yorker business man that is a sex addicted. With a gut-performance of Michael Fassbender, the movie is a good piece and definetely worth some time for watching it, appreciate it and also think about it. While the sex-addicted business man can look like an American Psychopath of the 2010's, the character interpreted by Fassbender, Branson Sullivan, cares about the others, including his own problematic sister Sissy Sullivan - an also gut-performance from Carey Mulligan. While many good reviews of the movie have been made and can definitely be found on Google, I just want to register this movie in our fresh-new "Movie's list". Not very inspirations in terms of self-esteem but certainly something that makes us wonder about our daily lives, our addictions and our relationships with the others, with our work and with ourselves.
